    Position Summary:


    The Business Analyst will be responsible for providing information on company metrics, ad hoc analysis, and account analysis leading to better overall decision making. The role will analyze specific components of Precoa’s business model and provide the needed information to department leaders to improve overall performance and efficiencies.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Provide insight to leadership to improve company performance
    • Cross functional teamwork with members and leaders of all departments in the company
    • Provide account analysis and collateral material creation in collaboration with sales teams
    • Analysis of new and current lead generation programs to improve their overall effectiveness and profitability
    • Conduct analyses and provide data and information in response to requests from management
    • Work with the Business Intelligence department and program leads to design custom reports
    • Maintain a working knowledge of reporting infrastructure to perform consistent analyses


    Education & Qualifications

    • BA/BS in business or technical field preferred
    • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
    • Experience with database querying (ex. SQL) and data visualization tools (ex. Tableau) is desirable
    • Strategic thinker, problem solver and analytical mind-set
    • Able to learn new skills and abilities quickly
    • Strong attention to detail with tremendous accuracy
