The Account Manager acts as the primary point-of-contact for accounts and external sales management. Account Managers are responsible for implementing business plans for new clients, providing support to external sales management, providing quality assurance of internal processes and procedures and make decisions on how to improve client satisfaction and profitability. By being the primary contact point between our home office and external sales/clients, Account Managers must often make these decisions by trying to understand the client’s needs while taking into consideration company initiatives and resources. The position offers a unique opportunity to be involved with all aspects of our companies’ business model. This includes working frequently with our IT, Marketing and Business Development departments to help solve client/sales force needs, while also working directly with the external and internal sales teams.
