    Position Overview:

    The primary function of the Paid Media Specialist is to monitor ad space on platforms such as Facebook and Google for some of our premier partners across the country. This position will own our paid media channels, from creation of campaigns to tracking effectiveness through analytics tools, so we can reach as many customers and help as many families as possible. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing team to test and try new campaigns and help partners with onboarding to our paid media channels.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop paid media campaigns across platforms to build awareness and drive qualified leads using display, PPC, social and retargeting
    • Track and report on effectiveness of campaigns against defined KPIs and use closed-loop analysis to continuously improve campaign performance
    • Interpret data using analytics tools to creative effective paid media strategies and improve campaign performance
    • Direct and manage agency partners and consultants to provide campaign and reporting support
    • Assist in the development of creative such as landing pages and display ads, designing and writing to best practices and tested approaches
    • Assist in driving cross-channel analysis of digital and traditional marketing efforts

    Qualifications

    Competencies & Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of expertise in a B2C digital marketing role, with focus on managing paid media campaigns
    • Current Google Adwords and Google Analytics certification
    • Expert on a wide range of paid media platforms including Google, Facebook, and YouTube and reporting tools such as Google Analytics
    • A comprehensive understanding and proven track record of success in paid media and digital analytics
    • Excellent writer and communicator, able to demonstrate how paid media supports business and marketing objectives
    • Must have strong writing and copy-editing skills and ability to manage internal and external resources
    • Strong communication, collaboration, project management, time management, organization skills, and analytical skills
    • Comfortable working as part of a driven team in a highly collaborative environment
    • SEO experience a plus

    Education and/or Experience:                                          

    • 3-5 years equivalent experience is required
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
