    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Serve as primary point of contact for Precoa’s vendors/suppliers
    • Communicate clearly and effectively via phone, email, and in-person meetings
    • Serve as go-to person for internal stakeholders, working collaboratively to address and resolve elevated issues
    • Manage stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure that appropriate parties are up-to-speed with relevant issues and involved in decision-making
    • Manage projects associated with Precoa’s vendors/suppliers
    • Maintain business relationships with vendors/suppliers, working to resolve high-level issues while strengthening relationship between organizations and individuals
    • Coordinate office visits for vendors/suppliers/partners
    • Maintain current processes and identify opportunities to create and streamline processes as needed
    • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • High level of relationship-building abilities and emotional intelligence
    • Ability to lead complex projects in an ambiguous environment with a multitude of deliverables, stakeholders, and team members
    • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
    • Clear and persuasive communicator in various situations
    • Ability to participate in problem solving and tailor solutions to specific audiences
    • Use time efficiently to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and effectively communicate priorities in a constructive manner
    • Develop processes for managing workload during high stress situations

    Education and/or Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
