Your main task will be overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and commissions for one of Precoa’s products. With your ability to process and reconcile at a high volume, you will play a vital role in Precoa’s Finance department.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • High volume Accounts Receivable processing and reconciliation
    • Accounts payable processing and reconciliation
    • Resolve and research any discrepancies
    • Balance Sheet reconciliations
    • Review general ledger as needed
    • Posting and processing journal entries accurately and timely manner
    • Maintain various Excel schedules
    • Assist Accounting Manager and other staff with the Month End and Year Ending close process
    • Reports directly to the Accounting Manager and assists with day-to-day operational tasks as needed, including general office work and filing
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
    • Must have an Associate’s Degree or actively working on an advanced degree in Business, preferably Accounting
    • Working knowledge of MS Office, with at least Intermediate level Excel ability
    • Must have prior experience with an ERP (enterprise management platform) system, or other robust accounting software (NetSuite, MS Dynamics, etc.). Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus!
    • Highly motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Clear and concise communication skills
    • Highly motivated with a passion to continually work efficiently
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
