Administrative – FPC Support

Education and/or Experience: Associate’s degree or high School diploma and two years of relevant experience required.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position manages several teams within the FPC including Sr. Planners, and Planners.
Accountability: Reports directly to the FPC Manager
Works Directly with: Planners and Sr. Planners within their region, Account Management, FPC Manager, other Regional Mangers/FPC Training Team, Human Resources, and Client Services Manager
Work Environment: This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
