As the Anaheim - Training Manager at Precoa, you’ll work closely with our partners and employees in Southern California. You’ll serve as a liaison between our partners and our insurance carrier, training new agents on the specifics of insurance products while also assisting with local lunch and learn programs. You will use your talents in communicating in English and Spanish to help onboard and train for our largest account in Southern California. A master at managing multiple projects and gracefully resolving issues, you’ll be responsible for making sure our partners’ needs are always met.
