As the Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Precoa, you’ll be responsible for placing successful sales agents with our partners. Using sourcing strategies that are always at the cutting edge, you’ll develop lasting professional relationships with top-tier sales talent and field managers. Your recruiting acumen and world-class service will effectively drive value and contribute directly to the company’s success.

Responsibilities

 

  • Source and engage top sales talent across the nation through effective phone presentations/pitches
  • Work with field managers to develop local recruiting channels and develop local sales talent
  • Place ads & source candidates across multiple online/digital channels
  • Strong recruiting acumen, with the ability to sell, motivate and persuade
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills, recruiting techniques, and strategies
  • Strong attention to detail with tremendous accuracy
  • Persistent, can-do mentality and positive outlook
  • Ability to build relationships within and outside of the company
  • Strong phone presence and ability to make high volume outbound calls
  • General administrative functions/duties 
  • Additional duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong sales abilities
  • Strong eye for talent with proven experience in screening resumes against job descriptions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
  • Ability to administer proctored/un-proctored cognitive/personality assessments and evaluate results relative to a specific set of core competencies
  • Proven experience in relationship development, specifically in a sales setting
  • Tenacious, personable, and able to overcome objections with tact and diplomacy
  • Preferably 1 year of full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Preferably a BA/BS in Psychology, Business, Management or Communications or related
