Launched in 2018, Precoa’s @need marketing team is seeking a talented Agency Project Manager. Your skill at keeping track of tasks, monitoring workflow, and setting deadlines for creatives and freelancers will be essential. You will regularly schedule and post digital marketing collateral, including blog and social media posts, and your contributions will improve the efficiency of the agency. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Coordinate job flow from project start through completion
  • Assign work to marketing colleagues and/or contractors
  • Work with individuals assigned to the project through each of the phases of project development to ensure on-time delivery of each project within budget
  • Lead brainstorm sessions for future content needs
  • Work with copywriters to ensure on-time delivery of blogs and social media post copy
  • Work with designers to ensure on-time delivery of all blog assets
  • Develop a blog schedule for each of our content partners
  • Schedule blogs and social media posts on various web platforms including Facebook, Google, and Twitter


Competencies and skills needed


  • Strong marketing knowledge with proven experience in digital marketing
  • Professional working knowledge of Facebook, Google, and Twitter.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fluid environment 
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 
  • Able to understand complex project requirements, understand briefs, and recognize potential risks or dependencies relevant to resourcing for the project
  • Skilled at coming up with multiple solutions to various problems

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required - Marketing or Business major preferred
  • Proven ability to successfully manage projects and cross functional teams remotely
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing operations
  • 1-2 years marketing agency experience a plus
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Trello, and others preferred
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Hubspot and web platforms such as Wordpress preferred
  • Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager certifications a plus
