Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will join our Consumer Marketing team and help drive the performance and growth of paid advertising channels. As Precoa helps funeral homes grow their business, the Lead Gen team is the engine that helps our partners reach further in new ways. You’ll sit at the intersection of creative and reporting, unafraid to get into the weeds with technical tools and jump into problems to solve.  As the work grows, you’ll build out a team and manage paid advertising nationwide.

  • Optimize and grow digital advertising channels, such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, to reach audience saturation and improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Coordinate with Creative team on opportunities to boost performance, align content calendars and messaging, and ensure our social media channels are supporting our overarching campaigns.
  • Identify landing page requirements and content to support marketing campaigns, as needed.
  • Analyze and report on performance of automation campaigns and demand gen campaigns.
  • Present analysis to leadership and facilitate conversation.   
  • Lead the expansion into new channels and bring a level of sophistication to optimize and grow existing marketing channels
  • Understand customer behaviors that trigger acquisition, engagement, and retention. Execute marketing programs that drive desired behaviors
  • Oversee campaign builds, testing, final approval, and reporting for social paid ads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Own the intake process to organize cross-team workflow, manage workload and prioritization, and inform the marketing planning process
  • Provide complete performance reporting on all channel marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained
  • Hire, train and supervise campaign managers to support the channel expansion

  • Demonstrated experience pulling reports and using data to measure performance, explore innovations, and optimize performance.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals
  • 4-5 years experience in digital advertising, including paid search, paid social, and display channels.
  • Experience working with automation software, self-serve marketing platforms, reporting software, and third-party vendors.
