Position Overview:

You obsess over things like type pairings and kerning. You think deeply about how to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual communications.   • Execute visual design stages from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with copywriters, videographers, web designers, and stakeholders to create creative pieces that are uniquely on-brand
  • Contribute towards company and marketing level interactive projects
  • Design for a variety of mediums (convention displays, digital ads, print ads, web banners, social ads, etc...)
  • Create and contribute to style guides
  • Actively participating in internal meetings, contributing ideas and opinions when developing strategy/concepts
  • Managing active creative projects to ensure workplan schedules are maintained and projects run as smoothly and professionally as possible
  • Delivers excellent customer service to internal and external partners – timeliness, service mindset, Q&A, positivity, and professionalism.

  • High understanding of design theory, visual communication, and user experience
  • Very strong typography and layout skills
  • Illustration skills a big plus
  • Extensive knowledge of design tools
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in design or related field preferred
  • 3 + years of relevant experience
