As the Selected Services Field Manager, you’ll focus on retaining current partnerships. From customizing our offerings to hiring and managing an effective sales team, your aim will be to meet our partners’ needs. You’ll also help build new relationships and prospect new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with funeral home partners and Advance Funeral Planners
  • Work with funeral home partners to customize Precoa’s offerings to their needs
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor new Advance Funeral Planners when needed
  • Drive motivation and accountability among team members
  • Consult with Account Manager and execute marketing plans for funeral home partners
  • Assist in prospecting and business development signup
  • Create and maintain a team culture aligned with Precoa’s core values of Kindness, Craftsmanship, and Progression
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Effective judgement regarding remote or in person preferences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all mediums, including Zoom, phone, etc.
  • Self-motivated and driven to create and complete own workload and travel needs
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams independently
  • Ability to assess complex situations
  • Comfortability with ambiguous problems
  • Set an example and exhibit behavior that empowers others and fosters teamwork

Education and/or Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • B2B prospecting and partnership development experience a plus
  • Understanding of preneed, funeral, or insurance industry preferred
