As the Paid Media Specialist at Precoa, you’ll manage and optimize ad space for our premier funeral home partners across the country. The campaigns you develop will help us reach more customers, and your knack with analytics will continuously improve campaign performance. A talented collaborator with demonstrated expertise across the full range of paid media platforms, your work will ultimately help families put an intentional plan in place for healing when it is needed most.

  • Develop paid media campaigns across platforms to build awareness and drive qualified leads using digital marketing channels such as Facebook ads, Google ads, Bing ads, YouTube, etc.
  • Track and report on effectiveness of campaigns against defined KPIs and use closed-loop analysis to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Interpret data using analytics tools to create effective paid media strategies and improve campaign performance
  • Assist in the development of creative such as landing pages and display ads, designing and writing to best practices and tested approaches


  • 1-3 years of experience in a B2C digital marketing role, with focus on managing paid media campaigns
  • Expert on a wide range of paid media platforms including Google, Facebook, and YouTube and reporting tools such as Google Analytics
  • A comprehensive understanding and proven track record of success in paid media and digital analytics
  • Excellent writer and communicator, able to demonstrate how paid media supports business and marketing objectives
  • Strong communication, collaboration, project management, time management, organization skills, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working as part of a driven team in a highly collaborative environment
  • Current Google Adwords and Google Analytics certification a plus

Education and/or Experience:                                       

  • 1-3 years equivalent experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
