Overview

Can you lead a winning sales team? Building upon your talent for motivating others and managing complex relationships, you’ll drive sales for key accounts.

 

As a Regional Manager, you’ll need proven managerial experience and expert sales skills to lead, nurture, and grow a team of sales professionals. You will be tasked with training and supporting your team in addition to finding new opportunities to increase production, so your ability to quickly establish rapport will be just as important as your results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key accounts
  • Lead consumer sales presentations both in the field and within the funeral home
  • Promote local lead generation with your sales team
  • Train your sales team on Precoa’s Web Portal
  • Ride along with team members on appointments with interested consumers
  • Attend certain required company trainings and events
  • Develop and lead local and regional trainings on Precoa’s sales techniques
  • Occasionally assist with Precoa’s recruiting efforts
  • Frequent travel, including overnight
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Competencies:

  • Ability to master the sales process and presentation within the ProActive Model
  • Analyze reporting to identify and prioritize areas of opportunity to increase production
  • Manage complex relationships
  • Train and communicate to a wide variety of learning styles
  • Identify, onboard, and train new sales talent, including those new to the profession
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • 2-5 years of successful industry experience
  • Consumer-facing sales acumen
  • Current life insurance license, or ability to obtain
