As the Corporate Strategist at Precoa, you will be a key member of the strategy team and will participate in and lead cross-functional strategic projects that have an analytical element. With your analytical skills and business acumen, backed up by your solid intuition and ability to solve problems, your insights will lead to strategic business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
  • Use data and your analytical expertise to drive business growth across a complex business model
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to identify and quantify opportunities that inform insights and impact the business
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic projects to ensure appropriate prioritization and resource allocation
  • Resolve conflict effectively, removing roadblocks and supporting strategic decision-making
  • Communicate results of initiatives to stakeholders
  • Develop a broad understanding of operational systems and processes to provide strategic guidance
  • Make sound decisions in ambiguous or difficult situations, including when under pressure
  • Continuously improve service and results for our people and the business

Qualifications

  • Exceptional judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to create valuable and actionable insights
  • Comfortability with ambiguous problems
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in discussions and presentations with internal business partners and executive-level leaders
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to create positive change
  • Strong capability to manage multiple project streams
  • Demonstrated expertise with, or active interest in, at least one of the following tools: SQL, Tableau, Excel
  • High degree of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and skill in building relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Education and/or Experience:

  • 2 or more years of professional-level experience in a similar role OR extraordinary academic performance with some highly relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a position of monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Econometrics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information systems, or other relevant area
  • Advanced degree is a plus but not required
