As the Strategic Marketing Director, you will oversee and drive both online and offline lead generation success at Precoa. An experienced and talented leader, you’ll manage and grow our lead gen team, investing in new models for future growth while forging strong internal and external partnerships.

  • Oversee and own the profitability and results of Precoa’s lead generation and lead nurturing efforts
  • Manage, develop and optimize online and offline lead generation programs
  • Lead the prototyping process for developing innovative lead programs
  • Allocate ad spend (a seven-digit budget) across digital and print channels in key geographies, analyzing and modifying on an ongoing basis to optimize spend
  • Develop marketing partnerships in ways that increase lead quantity and quality
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and external funeral home partners
  • Scale proven programs to hundreds of funeral home partners
  • Leverage first- and third-party data to drive personalized and relevant marketing approaches
  • Combine a deep understanding of customer insights with business levers that lead to customer and revenue growth, and long-term customer retention. This leader will be required to create strong partnerships with Operations, Sales, and Analytics to build, test and iterate on new business models and drive business growth
  • Annual and quarterly planning, complete with clear prioritization of projects and resources


  • Experienced in data, analytics, and reporting
  • Experienced in prototype management and lean startup mentality
  • Cross functional relationship ability, including stakeholder management
  • Strong communicator and public speaker
  • Adept at creative problem solving and working through ambiguity
  • Entrepreneurial instincts with clear bias for informed action and track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources and support
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills to complete planning and projects in a timely manner

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, business, or related preferred), MBA preferred
  • 5+ years managing a multi-disciplinary team
  • 8+ years managing high performing Lead Gen programs (digital, print)
