As the Marketing Automation Specialist at Precoa, you’ll manage the workflow, analytics, integration, and performance of our inbound marketing and automated email system. You’ll be a natural collaborator, working closely with internal stakeholders and other departments to ensure email marketing campaigns are aligned with our partners’ expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Build out landing pages and workflows within HubSpot
  • Build out automated marketing campaigns from scratch using HubSpot and other tools
  • Lead team in design and workflow of email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with other departments for approvals on new email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure email marketing campaigns are driving responses and click through rates as desired
  • Analyze email marketing data and create reports to show campaign metrics and efficienc
  • Partner with our B2C team and other departments to provide automated email marketing
  • Research and brainstorm new email campaigns by gathering feedback from other departments and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proactive approach with the ability to work without a lot of direction
  • Able to analyze and problem solve efficiently and effectively using data from reporting
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and collaborate with various internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail with tremendous accuracy
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills

Education and/or Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing automation or similar
  • Experience designing and managing email marketing campaigns via automation software
