As the Operations Coordinator at Precoa, you’ll support our Account Management team on some of our most important projects and programs. You’ll take ownership over maintaining our CRM, and you’ll manage current marketing materials while also helping with our latest prototypes. Pulling data and preparing reports will be essential, and you’ll collaborate with teams throughout the company.

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with Account Managers and cross-collaborative internal groups
  • Update, manage and maintain information in CRM system
  • Oversee and complete weekly lead import processes
  • Create and manage marketing materials, including surveys, flyers, webinars, and landing pages
  • Utilize programs and platforms for marketing implementation, including but not limited to: Zapier, Canva, Swell, Google Drive, Miscellaneous external vendor sites
  • Pull data and manage report subscriptions from report servers (i.e. SSRS, Tableau, CRM)
  • Prepare custom reporting as needed
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, Adobe Suite, CRM systems
  • Familiar with report servers (SSRS, Tableau)
  • Comfortable learning new systems and platforms
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with tremendous accuracy
  • Able to learn new skills and abilities quickly

Education and/or Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ work experience in administrative/customer service related fields or undergraduate degree
  • Advanced proficiency in typing (75 wpm)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, Adobe Suite, CRM systems
  • Familiar with report servers (SSRS, Tableau)
