As an Administrative Assistant at Precoa, you’ll greet customers and help with day-to-day office operations. You’ll support requests from multiple departments and work with event planning to assist in coordinating office events. Your organizational skills will be exceptional, and you’ll approach every situation with professionalism and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the reception area communications, both internally and externally, to maintain office professionalism
  • Supervise the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment (copier, fax machine, folding machine etc.), layout/arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities
  • Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced office workload
  • Assist and participate as needed in special department projects and events
  • Additional duties, special projects and responsibilities as assigned

  • Working knowledge of mail processes and equipment including: postage machine, Federal Express and UPS. Knowledge of UPS Bulk Mail process/requirements a plus

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college
  • Ability to work a schedule of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday
  • Office administrative experience of companies with 100 + employees a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 60 wpm
  • Valid driver’s license
