As a Graphic Designer at Precoa’s Utah Office, your serious design talent will be applied to everything from digital and print ads to e-books and manuals. Your web development and UX/UI skills will be needed on several key projects, you’ll reliably hit deadlines, and you’ll appreciate and apply feedback as part of your passion for continuous learning.

  • Execute visual design stages from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with copywriters, videographers, and stakeholders to create creative pieces that are uniquely on-brand
  • Design for a variety of mediums (convention displays, digital ads, print ads, web banners, social ads, webpages, emails, etc...)
  • Design and build digital campaigns (landing pages and email workflows)
  • Contribute towards company and sales development level interactive projects
  • Actively participate in internal meetings, contributing ideas and opinions when developing strategy/concepts
  • Manage active, creative projects to ensure work-plan schedules are maintained and projects run as smoothly and professionally as possible
  • Delivers excellent customer service to internal and external partners – timeliness, service mindset, Q&A, positivity, and professionalism
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as needed


  • High understanding of design theory, visual communication, and UI/UX design
  • Extensive knowledge of design tools
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proficiency working with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
  • Illustration skills a big plus
  • Very strong typography and layout skills
  • Knowledge of marketing automation software a plus

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in design or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
