As an Account Analytics Support Specialist for Precoa’s Business Development team, you’ll play an integral role in day-to-day operations. Your account analyses and reporting will provide key data insights for our field team, and you’ll help create sales tools, support materials, marketing plans, and reports that tell intriguing and convincing stories. A problem solver and a true team player, you’ll juggle many tasks while developing relationships across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development, Field Management, Account Management, Business Intelligence, Corporate Reporting, and Strategy teams and departments
  • Conduct market share, commission, sales production, and lead analyses to provide data and insights that guide stakeholders to more informed decisions
  • Pull, clean, compile, manipulate, and present data
  • Create marketing plans and financial proposals that are presented to partners and prospects by the field teams
  • Generate custom reports by request and work as a liaison between the field and the Report team to design and maintain customer-centric, customer-facing reports
  • Build sales support materials including printable cut sheets, digital slide decks, and manipulatable spreadsheet models
  • Develop industry and company expertise to enhance ability to analyze data and lead projects
  • Maintain a working knowledge of reporting infrastructure to perform consistent analyses

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in business, finance, economics, sales or technical field preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Power Point, Access)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
  • Proficient with Google Workspace tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
  • Experience with SQL, Snowflake, or Tableau a plus
  • Experience with Asana a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRMs a plus
