Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Precoa, you’ll be involved in all aspects of our business model as you support our partners and external sales teams. You will onboard new clients, assess the quality of processes, and recommend improvements that balance the client’s needs with company initiatives and resources. You’ll also work closely with field management to provide quarterly regional business reviews and to help execute successful marketing events.

  • Manage assigned accounts to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Update and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure client accounts are set up properly
  • Conduct quarterly calls to assess regional and account health with respective field managers
  • Prepare custom analysis and detailed reporting for sales management and client accounts
  • Monitor marketing resources and make recommendations according to account performance
  • Support Field Managers in planning and execution of various operational lead sources and programs (Direct Mail, digital ad campaigns, community outreach events)
  • Manage implementation of lead-gen prototyping at an account level
  • Provide customer service support for escalated client account and sales management issues
  • Oversee insurance carrier transitions and new account onboarding


  • Proficiency in various programs (i.e, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom)
  • Comfortable learning new platforms/programs 
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Able to analyze and problem solve efficiently and effectively using data from reporting
  • Ability to build rapport quickly/strong relational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail with tremendous accuracy


Education and/or Experience: 

  • Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS in Business Management preferred)
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
